Meals Made Easier

About

Let's be honest, none of us have a lot of time. We are all so busy and it's easy just to pick up pizza, nuggets, or anything fast when we've had a long day. I started prepping meals on the weekend in early August and have found that we turn to take out much less when we have delicious AND easy options. Sometimes meal preparation can be time-consuming and daunting but it certainly doesn't have to be. My goal through 'What the Peakes Eat' is to help you find easy-to-prepare dishes that cut down on preparation time during the week, decrease your family's food waste, cut your food budget, and leave you and your family happy. I'll put together weekly recipes and meal plans, generally on the 'lighter' side, that can be prepped in about an hour and a half on the weekend. And, any kitchen 'hacks' I have to share will be yours to use.
